I am blessed to live at the coast in the North East of England. I enjoy experimenting with colour and texture. I like painting images of being, togetherness, fun, light, opportunities, hope, love, freedom. These values have been the catalyst for paintings of waves, sunrises, surfing, sea swimming, doors, bikes, cups of coffee, fields and wind turbines.

Several years ago I painted musical people derived from the base and treble clef. I particularly enjoy seeing them sit, eat, drink together, listen to/play music and dance. They can travel and still have many adventures ahead to behold!

 

I sell originals on canvas/wood, I sell unframed and framed prints of my work.

 

Some of my work is displayed at 'Oxygenic' a great new venue where togetherness warmth and music are celebrated.

 

I enjoy undertaking bespoke commissions. Where I can, I use recycled paint, words taken from magazines and newspapers, canvases, and old musical scores... with the odd shell and bit of beach glass!
