Every effort is made to ensure your order is packaged securely, with appropriate protective materials used to safeguard it during delivery. Where possible, we use recycled packaging materials such as cardboard and paper to reduce environmental impact.

Some original paintings may be created on recycled canvas or wood. As a result, these surfaces may not be in brand-new condition. Any such details will always be clearly stated in the product description prior to purchase.

If you experience an issue with your painting or print, please contact us as soon as possible. Simply email a clear photograph of the problem to maryspaintings@outlook.com and return the item in its original condition. Once the item has been received, you will be refunded the full cost of the painting or print, as well as the original packaging costs you paid.
