I hope you are happy with the painting/ print you receive. Every effort will be taken to ensure appropriate packaging is used – where possible recycled materials such as  cardboard and paper will be used. Some of the original paintings may be painted on recycled canvas or wood and as therefore will not be in brand new condition – this will be noted on the description.

If you have an issue with the painting or the prints – if you could send a photo via email to Maryspaintings@outlook.com of the problem and return the print / painting – you will be refunded for the cost of the painting and packaging you paid.

There will be an option of collection from Blyth or delivery will be via Royal Mail.

Delivery of items in stock will be 7 working days.

Delivery of prints not in stock will ideally be within 14 working days. (Any unforeseen delays – I will inform you)
